You should be aware that at this place almost everything is labelled, the staff entrance is "people" the goods in is "Stuff" so some one came up with this idea

Yes, its a real speed camera, its been like it for a few days, I just happened to have my camera this day.

I have now been past it 3 weeks later, its still the same.

As you can see, some months later, its still the same (look at the bush, it now has leaves)
